Nos centraremos en analizar este último aspecto, la construcción de la identidad entre las ruinas del sujeto moderno, que ya no estará ligada con el concepto de autenticidad o “identidad sustancial” sino con el de creatividad o “identidad situacional”. En este contexto, la condición humana entendida como la capacidad de iniciar nuevas trayectorias de vida, dimensión profundamente vinculada a la temporalidad, se convierte en un imperativo que de forma paradójica puede conducir a la imposibilidad de crear algo verdaderamente nuevo.

In late modernity there has been a profound change in the spatio-temporal conception related to the acceleration of social changes and the crisis of the narratives of progress. This transformation translates into the experience of immediacy, the ephemeral and the fragmented both collectively and individually. We will focus on analyzing this last aspect, the construction of identity among the ruins of the modern subject, which will no longer be linked to the concept of authenticity or ‘substantial identity’ but to that of creativity or ‘situational identity’. In this context, the human condition understood as the capacity to initiate new life trajectories, a dimension deeply related to temporality, becomes an imperative that paradoxically can lead to the impossibility of creating something truly new. |
