El artículo estudia las estrategias periodísticas de tres boletines editados por organizaciones de pobladores entre 1982 y 1986. Inicialmente, analiza la relación entre estos soportes comunicacionales y el contexto de movilización social contra la dictadura y sus políticas y, posteriormente, su capacidad para participar en redes políticas y culturales. Mediante el uso de métodos de análisis de contenido y materialidad de prensa y revistas culturales, sostiene que la denuncia de la represión, el llamado a la organización comunitaria y el diálogo con sus públicos posibilitó que el boletín fuese considerado un actor político relevante a escala local. O artigo estuda as estratégias jornalísticas de três boletins publicados por organizaçoes comunitárias entre 1982 e 1986. Inicialmente, analisa a relaçao entre esses suportes de comunicaçao e o contexto de mobilizaçao social contra a ditadura e suas políticas e, posteriormente, sua capacidade de participaçao nas redes sociais, políticas e culturais. Por meio de métodos de análise de contenúdo e materialidade da imprensa e das revistas culturais, ele sustenta que a denúncia da repressao, o apelo à organizaçao comunitária e o diálogo com seus públicos possibilitaram que o boletim fosse considerado um ator a nível local.
