Este proceso se articuló en cuatro dimensiones: 1) reconfiguración territorial posbélica; 2) explotación de recursos naturales; 3) beneficios corporativos mediante exenciones fiscales; y 4) acceso irrestricto a ecosistemas, provocando la devastación de la yareta (Azorella compacta).
