La dictadura de Augusto Pinochet desplegó diversos mecanismos para legitimar y fortalecer su apoyo en la sociedad chilena. Uno de ellos fue el intento de fidelizar a los sectores juveniles, con el doble propósito de depurar los elementos vinculados a la juventud revolucionaria de la Unidad Popular y asegurar la reproducción del orden político, económico y social impuesto por los militares. Este trabajo analiza los componentes del arquetipo juvenil afín a ese proyecto y su rol en el disciplinamiento social promovido en las universidades, centrando el análisis en la Universidad de Concepción y en las medidas impulsadas por sus rectores delegados. Um deles foi a tentativa de fidelizar os setores juvenis, com o duplo objetivo de purgar os elementos ligados à juventude revolucionária da Unidad Popular e garantir a reprodução da ordem política, econômica e social imposta pelos militares. Este trabalho analisa os componentes do arquétipo juvenil afim a esse projeto e seu papel na disciplina social promovida nas universidades, centrando a análise na Universidade de Concepción e nas medidas impulsionadas por seus reitores delegados.
