| Sumario: | In 2007, the Kar Borromäus School has started to implement the new method of 'Blended Learning' with the agreement of its executive board, associates, nursing management, and the whole school team. Altogether, six modules in three years of training in health care and paediatric nursing are planned and must be organised by the paedagogic members of staff. A project group was formed for the organisation of the first learning module which received strong supervision and support through external mentoring. Evaluation of the whole project is set for 2011. The implementation of 'Blended Learning' requires orientation towards the educational concept, the didactic premises, and the structural preconditions of each respective training school. This contribution outlines the process design of the first learning module as well as the implementation, results and evaluation after the module's completion.
