| Sumario: | The article explores the use of a Web site to extend the reach of experience-based staff development in support of recommended practices for young children with special needs. The authors' experiences with the Early Childhood Solutions Link are used to illustrate an applied demonstration of the capabilities of Web-based problem solving to keep inservice trainers in communication with participants, and participants in touch with each other through crucial periods of initial tryout and implementation in regards to research-based practices. |
