| Sumario: | Objective: to know the teaching effect of multimedia courseware on nursing care of compression hemostasis via using three--channel double--balloon catheter. Method: higher nursing school students of 2002 grade were selected as subjects, and students of class 1 were given lecture about compression hemostasis via using three--channel double--balloon catheter via multimedia courseware. While students of class 2 were given lecture in traditional way. Teaching effect of the two classes were analyzed. Result: average score of students in class 1 was higher than that in class 2. Most students thought high on multimedia teaching method. Conclusion: applying of multimedia courseware on nursing care of compression hemostasis via using three--channel double--balloon catheter have enriched the ways of nursing education.
