The issue is particularly challenging in grounded theory due to the complex way in which data are analysed and the non-linear approach that is required. The purpose of this paper is to describe the use of NUDIST, Winflow, and a word-processing computer software package combined with a structured strategy to enhance the research process within the novice researcher-supervisor context. Doing qualitative research can be a juggling act that is very demanding.
