| Sumario: | The article illustrates what problems of the professional life of teachers of the UkrSSR were covered by the profile press of the period of de–Stalinization (1953-1964). Application of the method of content analysis allowed to illustrate the university teachers' interpretation of substantive content of their own working time; to identify the actual and the desired equipping of the workspace, to compare the assess to the quality of the educational process, the attitude towards the organization of the control over the work of high schools from the side of the central government, as well as to describe the way of representation of part-time students in the worldview of the teachers. Иллюстрируются проблемы профессиональной жизни педагогов УССР, которые освещала профильная пресса периода десталинизации (1953-1964 гг.). Применение метода контент-анализа позволило проиллюстрировать толкование преподавателями вузов содержательного наполнения собственного рабочего времени; выявить реальное и желаемое в устройстве рабочего пространства, сравнить оценки качества учебно-воспитательного процесса, отношение к организации контроля работы вузов со стороны центральных органов власти, а также описать образ студента-заочника в представлении педагогов. |
