Sumario:As a preparatory year, four training programs for the Tin Ka Ping P.A.T.H.S. Project were implemented in mainland China in 2014-15 academic year. The second training program was held in January 2015 in Shanghai, with a total of 185 potential program implementers attending a 2.5-day training program. At the last session of the training program, the trainees responded to a validated subjective outcome evaluation form. Similar to other training programs in the preparatory year, respondents showed positive evaluation of the training program, trainers, and benefits of the program. Consistent with the hypotheses, significant inter-relationships amongst the different dimensions were found. Similar to other evaluation studies, while perceived program quality and administrative arrangement predicted perceived benefits of the program, perceived program quality, and perceived benefits predicted overall satisfaction with the training program.
