| Sumario: | Treating skin and subcutaneous tissue infections requires following of appropriate diagnostic and therapeutic procedures. Increasingly popular negative-pressure therapy is a major component of the process of treating chronic wounds. In this paper, we present a case of a 45-year-old woman hospitalized due to cutaneous and subcutaneous phlegmon of the hypogastrium. STRESZCZENIE: Zakażenia skóry i tkanki podskórnej wymagają odpowiedniego diagnozowania oraz postępowania terapeutycznego. W procesie leczenia ran przewlekłych duży udział przypisuje się coraz popularniejszej terapii podciśnieniowej (NPWT). W niniejszej pracy zaprezentowano przypadek 45-letniej kobiety hospitalizowanej z powodu ropowicy skóry i tkanki podskórnej podbrzusza. |
