        STRESZCZENIE: Zakażenia skóry i tkanki podskórnej wymagają odpowiedniego diagnozowania oraz postępowania terapeutycznego. W procesie leczenia ran przewlekłych duży udział przypisuje się coraz popularniejszej terapii podciśnieniowej (NPWT). W niniejszej pracy zaprezentowano przypadek 45-letniej kobiety hospitalizowanej z powodu ropowicy skóry i tkanki podskórnej podbrzusza.
