Due to significant socio–political events, a change in social consciousness took place. The problem of human rights, up to the twentieth century, depending on the social context, could be normative or moral, but the logic of society's change raised the question of the correspondence of formal rules of reality. Freedom of individuality in the postmodern world has been the impetus for the formation of a new range of issues in the field of human rights.
