        This study aims to define the needs of the teachers for Professional development in technology-supported Physics teaching. There search group consists of 230 volunteer Physics teachers from Kocaeli and several cities. Survey method was used in the study and the data was collected by using a 5-point Likert scale developed by the researchers. Reliability coefficient of the scale is 0.95. The data was analyzed with descriptive and predictive (inferential) statistical techniques. According to the findings, it was found out that Physics teachers agreed and completely agreed with the items in Part 1 and agreed with the items in Part 2. Also, it was detected that there was not a meaningful difference between teachers' opinions about their needs for Professional development in technology-supported Physics teaching and several demographic aspects and the teachers with a good knowledge of Physics curriculum had a more positive attitude and, thus, there was a meaningful difference.
        Bu çalışmanın amacı, öğretmenlerin teknoloji destekli fizik öğretiminde mesleki gelişim gereksinimlerinin öğretmenlerin bakış açısından belirlenmesidir. Araştırmanın örneklemini, Kocaeli ve bazı illerde görevli 230 gönüllü Fizik öğretmeni oluşturmuştur. Çalışmada tarama modeli kullanılmış olup, veriler araştırmacılar tarafından geliştirilen beşli Likert tipi ölçek kullanılarak derlenmiştir. Ölçeğin güvenirlik katsayısı 0.95'tir. Elde edilen veriler betimsel ve yordamalı istatistik teknikleri ile analiz edilerek bazı bulgular elde edilmiştir. Bu bulgulara göre; Fizik öğretmenlerinin "Teknoloji Destekli Fizik Öğretimi ve Deney Etkinliklerini Gerçekleştirme" ve "Teknolojik Cihaz ve Ürünlerin Etkin Kullanımı" boyutundaki görüşlere yüksek düzeyde katıldıkları belirlenmiştir. Ayrıca, öğretmenlerin teknoloji destekli fizik öğretiminde mesleki gelişim gereksinimleri konusundaki görüşleri ile bazı demografik özellikleri arasında bir farklılık olmadığı, yeni fizik öğretim programı hakkında bilgisi çok iyi olan öğretmenlerin ise teknoloji destekli mesleki gelişime daha fazla gereksinim duydukları söylenebilir.
