Study on ICU nursing human resource allocation model based on therapeutic intervention scoring system and nursing time measurement.
Objective: Through establishing mathematics model of nursing human resources allocation quantity and therapeutic intervention scoring system - 28 (TISS- 28), to provide basis for the rational and effective allocation of intensive care (ICU) nursing human resources. Method: A total of 133 cases of pa...

Method: A total of 133 cases of patients randomly selected in five weeks of the ICU were evaluated by TISS - 28 score and nursing time, by a simple linear correlation analysis and simple linear regression analysis to establish TISS - 28 grading and the relationship between the direct nursing time model, and further to establish nursing human resources allocation quantity and TISS -28 mathematical model of grading by nursing human resources allocation quantity formula. Results: The higher the TISS- 28 score was, the more hours of direct care required. Pearson's correlation coefficient between direct nursing time and TISS-28 score was 0. 811, had a linear positive correlation. The model of nursing human resource allocation quantity and TISS - 28 was: the number of nurses required ... Conclusions: The mathematical model between the number of nursing human resource allocation and the TISS-28 score could effectively, simply and quickly predict the number of nursing personnel required by ICU. pubtype: Academic Journal doctype: equations & formulas research tables/charts Journal Article ougenre: Article language: Chinese refInfo: holdings: @attributes: islocal: N |
