Perhaps providing new paradigms to teachers and learners to update their selves by using ICTs in teaching learning activities according to the dares of the time and line themselves in the challenging world. Resultantly this paper is focusing the prominence along with blockades in utilization of ICT in education at secondary level, with special emphasis on District Peshawar. Accordingly suggestions are given how effectively blockages can be aloof to make the use of ICT possible in classrooms. By following qualitative research method Interviews conducted from the principals of high secondary schools and data analyzed qualitatively while questionnaire conducted among teachers of government and private high schools of District Peshawar to collect quantitative data. It is perceived from the findings that most of the research participants possess positive percept ions regarding incorporation of ICTs into teaching and learning. Principals of high schools exposed lots offences and possible measures to integrate ICT in teaching learning. Teachers responded both positively and negatively about the adoption of ICT utilization into teaching learning process on various basis.
