This quality improvement project aimed to compare three cohorts of students accepted before holistic admissions practices to three cohorts accepted after holistic admissions. The authors examined demographic data, on-time graduation rate, licensure exam passing rate, remediation status, and student perceptions expressed on exit surveys. After holistic admissions were implemented, student diversity increased and on-time graduation and licensure exam pass rates were maintained.
