The concrete substructure and frame are heavily infused with GGBS -- 36 per cent for the structural frame and 15 per cent for the Double T long-span floor construction elements. Windermere Jetty Museum, Cumbria by Carmody Groarke The museum's design was informed by a number of passive measures so as to sit lightly in the landscape and consume minimal energy during operation. The building fabric is designed to ultra-low U-values with airtight construction to minimise energy need and energy loss.
