| Sumario: | Date Presented 04/02/2022 Student success is commonly measured through graduation and grades; however, these are not everything. Programs are challenged to support student well-being while in school and prepare students for stressors afterward. Measuring whether a student is thriving versus just surviving provides a more comprehensive understanding of their coping. This presentation will share findings on the Thrive Quotient with students in four health sciences programs. Results support the use of the tool in program evaluation.
