| Sumario: | Using the SWOT analysis method to systematically analyze the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of Macau's development of "Internet +"nursing care. Strengths in Macau include comprehensive network infrastructure, high usage rate of internet, basic foundation for smart medical care, and a wide coverage of community nursing care. Weaknesses include the intelligence not enough, lack of specialized nurses and outcome evaluation, and controversial charges. Opportunities are supportive, including governmental investment and regulations, involvement of Peking Union Hospital, for in-depth cooperation between Macau and the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Greater Bay Area. Threats of imbalance between intelligence and privacy protection and the establishment of nursing homes should be considered. The development of "Internet +" nursing in Macau has a solid foundation. In the context of entering an aging society and the adjustment of epidemic policy, we should boldly try to bring the fruits of "Internet+" nursing to the people of Macau and reduce the pressure of pension and epidemic prevention in Macau.
