| Sumario: | The honourable hadith of the Prophet and his household, may God's prayers be upon them all, went through many stages of writing and codification, then it was distorted, fabricated, and trampled upon by deviant sects and deviants, and since it is the second source in legislation, clarifying the summaries of the Qur'an and restricting its absolutes, it is the justice of the Qur'an as stipulated in the hadith of the Two Weighty Things, and according to it. Therefore, the jurists and mujtahids began to exert exceptional efforts in studying and scrutinizing the hadith according to the peremptory legal and mental rules, in order to distinguish the wheat from the fat, and the correct from the weak. Accordingly, it is natural for the jurists to differ according to their different invocations of the legal texts in documenting and weakening the hadith, just as they differed in documenting and weakening its men. And this research stands on the foundations of sayed al-Sistani in dealing with the various sciences of hadith, and his views in these sciences.
