His versatility is apparent in the distinct personalities that emerge in the performances. What is most challenging for Ramsay is his intended move away from what he calls the safety net of video performance to the uncertainties and vulnerabilities of live performance. Taking the day as a structural frame, Ramsay performs soundbites from 1000 songs, which he organizes in thematic clusters.
