| Sumario: | The modern educational field has two basic elements, participating equally in the success of the educational process. The teacher, as the trainer of the process, the student, object and subject of this, gaining autonomy and forming in the spirit of responsibility and civic culture. Permanent access to information through the evolution of technology, the use of a new discourse, the mobilization of students in the educational process, extracurricular activities, participation in interschool projects, exchange of experience programs, workshops, masterclasses and last but not least, participation in competitions are requests with a positive role in modern pedagogy. Within this chemistry and alchemy, family, society, physical, physiological, psychological, cultural factors, as well as the personality of the two subjects, components of the educational act, are elements that will equally influence the achievement of the desired goal - performance). Câmpul şcolar educativ modern are două elemente pilon, participante în egală măsură la succesul procesului instructiv-educativ. Profesorul, în calitate de formator al procesului, şi, elevul, obiect şi subiect al acestui proces, dobândind autonomie şi formându-se în spiritul responsabilităţii şi al culturii civice. Accesul permanent la informaţie prin evoluţia tehnologiei, folosirea unui discurs nou, mobilizarea elevilor în procesul educativ, activităţile extracurriculare, participarea la proiecte interșcolare, schimburi de experiență, woekshopuri, masterclassuri și nu în ultimul rând participarea la concursuri sunt demersuri cu un rol pozitiv în pedagogia modernă. În cadrul acestei chimii și alchimii familia, societatea, factorii fizici, fiziologici, psihologici, culturali, precum şi personalitatea celor doi subiecți, componenți ai actului educativ sunt elemente ce vor influența în egală măsură atingerea scopului dorit-performanța. |
