| Sumario: | This study aimed to demonstrate the impact of administrative creativity represented in (originality, fluency, flexibility, acceptance of risk) on the competitive advantage in the Arab Potash Company. The study reached a number of results, most notably: the existence of a positive impact of administrative creativity represented in (originality, fluency, flexibility, acceptance of risk) on the competitive advantage in the Arab Potash Company, and the value of the coefficient of deteimination was (R2) (54%), and it recommended a set of recommendations, most notably The necessity of enriching working individuals with training dialogue sessions; To enhance their abilities and skills, discuss ideas and proposed solutions, and encourage them to express their ideas fluently.
