Sumario:	This study analyzed nationally representative child welfare data to compare child and family well-being outcomes between IDEA Part C early intervention participants and non-participants needing developmental services. Controlling for child disability and caregivers' socioeconomic status, the study found that Part C participants had significantly better language, adaptive skills, and caregiver interactions. The study discusses Part C's effects on the outcome variables and advocates for early childhood intervention and education for young children in child welfare.
