Other skin disorders associated with dyshidrotic eczema include atopic dermatitis, contact dermatitis, and bacterial and fungal infections. Clinically, these patients experience pruritus before developing visible lesions. When the lesions first appear, they have vesicles or bullae that are densely packed and symmetrical. Other common locations for them are the soles of the feet, the lateral aspects of the toes, and the palms and lateral aspects of the fingers. Histologically, the epidermis.
