The disease presents with various symptoms, and organ involvement is common. One of the most frequently observed organ involvements is lupus nephritis. Therefore, nurses must comprehensively assess patients with systemic lupus erythematosus and implement appropriate nursing interventions for identified issues. In this study, the health data of our 32-year-old female patient were collected based on Gordon's Functional Health Patterns model.
