The purpose of the study is to comprehensively analyze the directions and methods of implementing innovative technologies and management methods in the activities of local governments in the context of digitalization, as well as to develop practical recommendations for its improvement. Results of the study. The author suggests ways to introduce innovative technologies and management methods into the activities of local governments. The key areas are the development of e-governance, the introduction of Smart City technologies, the use of big data analytics, and the automation of administrative processes.
