The introduction of innovative technologies, in particular e-government, is a powerful tool for increasing the efficiency and transparency of local governments. This allows improving the quality of administrative services and increasing public trust in local authorities. The purpose of the study is to comprehensively analyze the directions and methods of implementing innovative technologies and management methods in the activities of local governments in the context of digitalization, as well as to develop practical recommendations for its improvement. Results of the study. The author suggests ways to introduce innovative technologies and management methods into the activities of local governments. The key areas are the development of e-governance, the introduction of Smart City technologies, the use of big data analytics, and the automation of administrative processes. This will optimize the use of resources, improve the quality of public services, and ensure more effective interaction with citizens. Increasing the transparency and accountability of the service requires the development and implementation of a set of mechanisms, including the development of open data systems, the introduction of electronic systems for interaction with citizens, the development of public control tools, and ensuring the transparency of the budget process. The introduction of ethical standards and corruption prevention mechanisms is also important. Thus, the theoretical significance lies in the development of scientific foundations for the digital transformation of local government, and the practical significance lies in the real benefits for authorities and citizens by increasing the efficiency of management processes, accessibility of services, and the development of e-democracy.
