| Sumario: | What does the implementation and evaluation of good dementia education and training look like? In this brief overview, which parallels publication of our new book from Open University Press**, we argue that successful implementation requires careful planning and consideration of a range of issues. These issues include context and the resources in place to support learners at local and system-wide levels, as well as the needs of the learners themselves. We also present the importance of the evaluation of training to complete the implementation cycle -- and why choosing the right evaluation methods is essential. |
