Sumario:This study aimed to explore the relationship between the balanced scorecard and non-profit organizations performance in Kuwait, with particular focus on the Regional Center for Educational Software Development. A correlational descriptive methodology was employed. The study sample consisted of 94 employees from the Regional Center for Educational Software Development in Kuwait, selected randomly and purposefully. Two questionnaires were developed: one for the balanced scorecard and another for non-profit organizations performance measurement, based on dimensions such as (capabilities, cultural skills, and educational skills) for the balanced scorecard, and (creating a learning and civic organization, customer satisfaction, and growth) for non-profit organizations performance. The results revealed a statistically significant positive correlation at a significance level of (α ≤ 0.05) between the average scores of non-profit organizations on the overall balanced scorecard and its dimensions, and the overall performance of nonprofit organizations and its dimensions. Given such findings, the study recommended conducting further studies on balanced scorecard, in areas such as empowering educational non-profit organizations in Kuwaiti society, and integrating the balanced scorecard into the activities of these organizations within educational institutions in Kuwait.
