A correlational descriptive methodology was employed. The study sample consisted of 94 employees from the Regional Center for Educational Software Development in Kuwait, selected randomly and purposefully. Two questionnaires were developed: one for the balanced scorecard and another for non-profit organizations performance measurement, based on dimensions such as (capabilities, cultural skills, and educational skills) for the balanced scorecard, and (creating a learning and civic organization, customer satisfaction, and growth) for non-profit organizations performance. The results revealed a statistically significant positive correlation at a significance level of (α ≤ 0.05) between the average scores of non-profit organizations on the overall balanced scorecard and its dimensions, and the overall performance of nonprofit organizations and its dimensions.
