Results indicated that knee underloading persisted during hopping tasks, with significant differences in pKEM observed between single leg hops and triple hops compared to gait at both time points. The findings suggest that task difficulty influences loading patterns after ACL reconstruction, highlighting the importance of evaluating various tasks as individuals return to sports.
