The study was conducted with 261 students during the spring semester of the 2024-2025 academic year. The results indicate that the participants' intentions to use chatbots did not show significant differences based on demographic variables such as gender and type of high school. However, there were differences in some subscales based on class level, parental education level, and income status. Overall, it was determined that theology students have a positive attitude towards chatbot technologies and are inclined to use them more widely in the future. Bu araştırmanın amacı yükseköğrenimde din eğitimi alan öğrencilerin, çevrimiçi ortamlarda hizmet veren chatbot teknolojilerini öğrenmeye ve eğitimde kullanmaya yönelik davranışsal niyetlerini belirlemektir. Çalışmada, genel tarama türünde betimsel bir model kullanılmıştır. Araştırma, 2024-2025 eğitim-öğretim yılı bahar döneminde Akdeniz Üniversitesi İlahiyat Fakültesinde öğrenim gören 261 öğrenci üzerinde gerçekleştirilmiştir. Çalışmada veri toplama aracı olarak "Kişisel Bilgi Formu" ile "Chatbot Kullanmaya ve Öğrenmeye Yönelik Davranışsal Niyet Ölçeği" kullanılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda katılımcıların eğitimde chatbot kullanmaya/öğrenmeye yönelik davranışsal niyet alt ölçek puanlarının cinsiyete ve lise okul türüne göre anlamlı bir şekilde farklılaşmadığı tespit edilmiştir.
