The peer review process is advancing with the use of Internet technology tools. This study investigated the experience of African health Librarians (AHLs) about peer review policy and the use of technology for the review process. The quantitative analysis carried out confirmed immense contributions of Internet technology, as respondents affirmed that it facilitates interactive digital communication ($\bar x$ x ˉ = 33.3).
