Sumario:The article provides information about the field of programmed learning and discusses some of its problems and questions concerning educational system in the U.S. The author presented steps that will help in the construction of a valid learning program. Harvard University professor B. F. Skinner, advocated a system known as linear programming, which became a popular approach and the simplest design commonly used in available programming. During the course of programming application, several issues had evolved including the issue of who will perform the programming and how should programmers prepare for his work.
