Assessments included the Brief Trauma Questionnaire, Instagram Addiction Scale, Warwick–Edinburgh Mental Well-Being Scale, and Daily Spiritual Experiences Scale. Stepwise linear regression analysis identified significant predictors: educational attainment (β =.11; * p <.01), psychological well-being (β = −.11; * p <.05), religiosity (β = −.12; ** p <.05), and trauma (β =.33; ** p <.01). Notably, higher education levels were associated with increased Instagram addiction, while greater psychological well-being and religiosity acted as protective factors. Conversely, trauma was linked to higher levels of Instagram addiction.
