Methods: he program consisted of pre-assignment tasks, lectures and discussions, facility-based assignments, reflection, and presentation of outcomes. Participants' self-evaluations and peer evaluations were compared before and after the program. Results: Six participants completed the program. Among the seven care management capabilities, five--including the ability to improve care management and to establish systems that ensure continuity of daily life--showed significant improvement in self-evaluation. Peer evaluations were positive across all items. Conclusion: he program demonstrated a certain level of applicability. However, the evaluation relied on subjective indicators, and the direct impact of self-evaluation on behavioral changes and facility operations was not examined.
