Sumario:Objective: his pilot study aimed to develop and implement an online educational program for nurse administrators in special nursing homes using the Self-Evaluation Form for Care Management Capability, and to describe changes in their care management capabilities. Methods: he program consisted of pre-assignment tasks, lectures and discussions, facility-based assignments, reflection, and presentation of outcomes. Participants' self-evaluations and peer evaluations were compared before and after the program. Results: Six participants completed the program. Among the seven care management capabilities, five--including the ability to improve care management and to establish systems that ensure continuity of daily life--showed significant improvement in self-evaluation. Peer evaluations were positive across all items. Conclusion: he program demonstrated a certain level of applicability. However, the evaluation relied on subjective indicators, and the direct impact of self-evaluation on behavioral changes and facility operations was not examined. Future challenges include incorporating objective indicators for multifaceted evaluation and expanding learning opportunities tailored to participants' readiness.
