| Sumario: | The article relates the study on the Science programs in Texas and at the national level. A survey is conducted to find out the role that the schools played in giving the youth an understanding of the problems of Earth Science in order to encourage research and development. In several states it was recommended by the Education Agency that Earth Science could be more beneficial and meaningful if it was taught to juniors and seniors. The teaching of Earth Science rather than a general science course seemed to be preferred by most teachers. |
