Sumario:Digital health is becoming increasingly central in healthcare delivery, yet training for health professionals remains limited. In France, the national decree of November 2022 mandated digital health education across all first-cycle health profession curricula (i.e., Bachelor's level), supported by a national competency framework. The SN@SU project, launched by Sorbonne University, aims to train 35,000 students by 2028. This study evaluates the second year of implementation (2024-2025) with a focus on the scaling of pedagogical innovations across health professions. We investigated: (1) how the program scaled across institutions and professions, (2) how pedagogical innovations were perceived by students, and (3) how satisfaction varied across cohorts and delivery formats. The program expanded to eight health professions and reached 6,470 students. A total of 46 new interactive educational resources were developed, including motion-design videos, interactive infographics, e-learning modules, gamified learning activities, and professionspecific practical sessions. Student satisfaction was evaluated via online surveys (32% response rate, n=1,477). Overall satisfaction was high but varied across cohorts, with notably lower ratings among fourth-year medical students, underscoring the importance of practice-based learning.
