Among them, marine-derived remedies occupy a unique position, particularly in the management of gynaecological disorders. This comparative review examines four key marine homoeopathic drugs -- Murex purpurea, Sepia officinalis, Asterias rubens, and Spongia tosta -- with specific reference to their gynaecological indications, differentiating features, miasmatic backgrounds, keynotes, and clinical utility.
