| Sumario: | The ocean harbours a rich diversity of medicinal organisms, several of which have been incorporated into homoeopathic Materia Medica with profound therapeutic significance. Among them, marine-derived remedies occupy a unique position, particularly in the management of gynaecological disorders. This comparative review examines four key marine homoeopathic drugs -- Murex purpurea, Sepia officinalis, Asterias rubens, and Spongia tosta -- with specific reference to their gynaecological indications, differentiating features, miasmatic backgrounds, keynotes, and clinical utility. The article aims to serve as a ready clinical reference for homoeopathic practitioners and students, enabling accurate remedy selection in complex gynaecological presentations through a clear, structured, and practically oriented comparison.
