Sumario:The article focuses on factors influencing the adoption of Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) in Informal Digital Learning of English (IDLE). It employs a structural-configurational modeling approach based on an extended Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology 2 (UTAUT2) framework, incorporating GenAI literacy. The correction clarifies that the acronym IDLE stands for Informal Digital Learning of English, not Informal Digital Language Learning as originally published. This study provides insights into technology acceptance specific to English language learning in informal digital contexts.
