This paper compiles the principal ideas related to this topic, which appear in a fragmented manner across many texts within Isidore's magnum opus. It also incorporates aspects that have received less attention in Isidorian scholarship, presenting them as a cohesive whole in order to facilitate their understanding, dissemination, and further study. El del ser humano puede considerarse como uno de los grandes temas de la obra de Isidoro de Sevilla y, sin duda, cuestión principal de su filosofía junto con la de Dios, la más importante con mucha diferencia, y la del mundo.
