Multiple probe design, which is one of the single-case research designs, was used in the study. The findings of this research show that families with children with autism can be successful in improving their children's limited verbal communication skills through receiving training in milieu teaching techniques that parents receive from their children's teachers and perform in parallel with their teachers.
