| Sumario: | The article discusses about computer literacy as a new concern for teacher educators in the U.S. It is necessary for teacher educators to become users of the microcomputer. Indeed, some classroom teachers and educational administrators are using microcomputers for classroom instruction and information management. It is also expected for classroom teachers to work with computer assisted instruction programs. Computer applications that are rapidly growing may create various concerns for teacher educators, however, with exposure and practice, teachers would be able to use computers in classroom instructions with ease.
