| Summary: | The article focuses on the issues and concerns related to the education of the culturally disadvantaged people in the U.S. If schools would conduct changes on educational differences there would be discontinuance of social class differences that limits equality of educational opportunity. Notable improvements has been provided to the culturally disadvantaged by many big cities, such as the use of tests which measure non-academic abilities, use of textbooks and other learning materials which recognizes the minority group members, special counseling opportunities and small intensive remedial classes in reading and through the use of school-community agents.
