Fast 2D NMR Ligand Screening Using Hadamard Spectroscopy.

The article focuses on the use of Hadamard encoded spectroscopy for fast two-dimensional nuclear magnetic resonance ligand screening. The applications of Hadamard spectroscopy are discussed. Cross-peaks with selected heteronuclear frequencies are contained in Hadamard encoded HSQC spectra. The use o...

ab: The article focuses on the use of Hadamard encoded spectroscopy for fast two-dimensional nuclear magnetic resonance ligand screening. The applications of Hadamard spectroscopy are discussed. Cross-peaks with selected heteronuclear frequencies are contained in Hadamard encoded HSQC spectra. The use of selective pulses that would cause sensitivity losses for large proteins is a possible limitation of Hadamard encoded heterocorrelation spectra.
