| Sumario: | The article presents a survey on the improvement of teaching literature in college education in the U.S. The survey revealed that the major problems arise in the aims and objectives of the institution, selection of students, method of instruction, selection and appointment of the faculty, and curriculum construction and revision. The survey suggests that for the improvement of education, the administrator must recognize certain courses, arrange orientation program for Freshmen, announce topics for discussion at faculty meetings, adjust extra-curricular participation, and establish special study of the curriculum for the health and economic life of students.
